Zig-Zag Classifier

The ZZ-classifier is a device to separate the mixtures according to the different density. Feeding the mixture of rubber and fibre into the classifier, under the wind pressure the mixture of rubber and fibre go into the chamber. As the density and size of fibre is much smaller than that of rubber, the fibre goes through the chamber and enters into the fibre collector; while the rubber goes to the next step.
